Are you aware of the International Building Code requirement for all living units with a group R-2 occupancy to be pre-wired for 100% ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. This means all rooms within the living unit would need the existing Low Frequency Sounders to be swapped out with a Low Frequency Sounder strobe with either 110 or 177 candela based on the mounting height.
